Step Through Time
Steps Through Time reimagines the Terminal Building’s natural terraces as a journey through history, sustainability, and innovation. Inspired by the 1955 Agricultural Show, the design integrates a circular ecosystem across three levels. Visitors begin at the preserved Art Deco exhibits, where recycled farming materials are repurposed into artworks promoting agricultural education and community interaction. The journey continues through a green café on Level 2, ascending the terraced structure to a rooftop farm, symbolizing modern ecological harmony. The existing terraces mirror rice fields, applying permaculture zoning, where public spaces transition into private areas based on activity levels.

Corria Restaurant
Corria is an imaginary 3- Storey restaurant .
Inspired by an erupting volcano with the restaurant looking like a cone and the windows are placed to mimic the lava flowing down the side of a volcano. Each level of the restaurant has different purposes.
Level 1- Japanese theme restaurant
Level 2- Dining area with more privacy

Sahara Serenity Retreat
Inspired by Africa, Sand and Art. The dark walls and ceiling are reminiscent of the Art Deco style, while the light wood furniture and zebra print rug add a modern touch. The gold metallic accents of the lights and decoration add a touch of warmth and glamour. The design intention of this bedroom is to create a tranquil sanctuary that promotes relaxation and rejuvenation. With a focus on comfort and personalization, the space is tailored to meet the needs and preferences of its occupants.

Located at Jalan Dua Blk 93, A 10 Storey HDB which offers the homelessness some place to live at. Level 2 serve as Transitional Shelter with Single Modular Unit - approx. size of 1 current HDB unit with 4 occupants and Combined Modular Unit approx. size of 2 current HDB unit. minimum 8 occupants in entire unit.
